FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all form of payment. All clients can pay buy credit, debit, zelle, check, or cash. We also give clients the abiltiy to pay for their rentals online. 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We currently do not offer any girft card but you can always book for a friend and we will reach out and update them to let them know they have a gift waiting for them.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

The policy for damaged items vary depending on the item. We usually do not charge anything for something very minor but if damages cannot be resolved there will be a damage fee. 

DO YOU NEED A BOAT SAFETY LICENSE?

Yes a boat safety license is needed to rent our pantoon and our jet skis. This assures that the person renting it out has information on the safety that comes with renting motorized water items. 

WHERE IS THE LOCATION AND WHERE DO WE PARK?

We are located at 533 Main St Belleville MI. Parking varies its usually around the area. We do have a parking lot that is for employee parking. 

DO THE BUSINESS PROVIDE LIFE JACKETS TO THEIR CLIENTS?

Yes, belleville watersports provides all there client with life jackets to assure everyone is safe and ready to hit the water. These life jackets are new and are tested monthly. 

HOW LATE DO YOU GUYS STAY OPEN UNTILL?

We usually stay open till 7-8 pm around sunset time. Client can ask if they want to ride past that time and customer service will update you according to the day. 

DO YOU PROVIDE A CAPTAIN FOR THE PANTOONS?

Yes, Belleville water sports currently provides a captain at $40 an hour for all clients. Captain are usually asked when riding a pantoon. 

WHAT AREAS SHOULD WE AVOID WHEN WE ARE ON THE PREMIES?

The front desk will explainj which areas you should avoid when going 

for a ride. These areas are typically not recommonded and could

cause harm to our clients.
